Are you looking to go deeper in community that will encourage you in the things of God? Connect Groups are designed to do just that. Our HC Connect Groups meet on different days & at different times. Each group seeks to build faith filled friendships while growing closer to God.  Below is more information about the groups we offer and how to sign up.

FAQs 

1. Are there different types of Connect Groups?  
Yes, there are many different types of groups.  There are groups that focus on relational connection, others on bible study, others will gather around a certain affinity like fitness or watching the chosen together.

Each group goes into more detail in their description, and has a button to contact the leader if you have more questions.

2. How do I know which type of group I'm signing up for?  
It is listed in both the description of the group.

3. What can I expect when we meet together?
It depends on which type of group you join. Here’s what to expect for all of them:
A general flow could include:

• Eating
• Connecting
• Discussing the questions (posted in the sermon notes of the week prior in the HC app)
• Praying together
• Encouraging each other

For All groups:
To find out what’s happening with food & childcare, simply check the description of the group.
You can also filter your search for connect groups based on your preferences.
You can also hit the contact button to reach out to the group leader to ask any specific question you might have.

4. When & How often do we meet?
The exact day of the week and time of day is listed in each group description. There is also an “event calendar” that you can subscribe to from your group, so it’s automatically in your calendar. You will also get automated reminders sent to your email a couple days before it’s meet time.

 5. How do I sign up?
1) Click the  link below to peruse the options.
2) Once you know which group works for your schedule. Hit the “request to join” button.
3) The leader will see your request, and you will be notified with your next steps & exact address!  Each group has a maximum capacity, and will automatically close once that number is hit.

6. How can I get in touch with people in my group?
 Once all the groups are made, there will be a group message made just for your group through the HC app. Your leaders will go over this on the first night, to make sure you know how to find it!

7. Can I bring a friend to the Connect Group?
 Yes! We would love for you to bring a friend with you.

8. Why should I join a Connect Group?
We believe that discipleship happens through relationship.  Having people in your life to love you, encourage you and strengthen you is the way the body of Christ is meant to function.
