We LOVE gathering together as a body to worship Jesus! There are times, however, where the weather makes it unsafe to travel. Below is our plan for inclement weather.  

*If the weather ever makes you feel unsafe to travel and we have not canceled church, please don't feel bad about staying safe and join us online!

Here is how you will know if church is canceled due to harsh weather:

• We will update the main page of our website
• We will post on Facebook & Instagram
• We will send out a notification through the Heart City App
• We will send out an email

When does church get canceled?
We do our best to watch road conditions, weather advisories and travel advisories put out by our local sheriff's department. When the travel advisory reaches a level 3 or above, we cancel church.

Can I still watch Heart City services online if in-person services are canceled?
Yes, we do our best to still join everyone online even if in person services are canceled.

What if I’m a volunteer scheduled for a day that is canceled?
Your team leader will reach out to notify you as soon as a decision to cancel service has been made. If you are ever curious if church has been or will be canceled you can always reach out to your team leader.
